We offer a choice of the following services via Royal Mail for UK addresses:

UK Royal Mail Standard FREE!
Delivery: 3 to 5 working days
- Despatched the next working day (excludes weekends & bank holidays)

UK Royal Mail 1st Class (0-200g) £2.49  (200g-2kg) £3.99  (2kg-10kg) £7.99
Delivery: 2 to 3 working days
- Orders will be despatched the next working day (excludes weekends & bank holidays)

UK Royal Mail Next Day* (0-200g) £4.99  (200g-2kg) £6.99  (2kg-10kg) £13.99
Delivery: Next working day (UK ONLY)
- Orders received before 12pm will be despatched the same working day (excludes weekends & bank holidays)
- Orders received after 12pm will be despatched the next working day (excludes weekends & bank holidays)
*Royal Mail Special delivery will deliver to 99% of UK addresses by the next day. This service is only available to orders weighing under 2kg.


International Orders

Delivery: 3 to 14 working days
- Despatched the next working day (excludes weekends & bank holidays)

Please note that while we display the approximate US$ and Euro amounts for products featured on our website, when you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company. (Please also note that if you place a pre-order with us the exchange rate may vary significantly from the time you place the order to the time when we charge the transaction to your credit card).

All orders delivered to international addresses are usually delivered using Royal Mail. You can expect to receive your items within 7-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on which country you are ordering from.

 Order Processing & Despatch
In stock orders are despatched from our warehouse on working days (excludes weekends & bank holidays), subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail.

We despatch orders normally on regular working days throughout the festive season.

During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, but especially Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.

Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses
