Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us in their original condition within 21 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour.


Return Items

- We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased on swiminstyle.co.uk
- We make no charge for returns - there is no restocking fee

IMPORTANT: Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in
  their original packaging with all labels still attached

- All returns must be accompanied by a completed email returns form
- We will credit the card we have on file for you this may take up to 10 working days

  to appear as cleared funds


What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?

Once we receive the goods and completed returns form we will exchange the item for you or issue a refund (this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds). You will need to pay the postage costs to return the item.

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered? 

 

Once we receive the goods and completed returns form we will exchange the item for you or issue a refund (this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds). We will refund the actual postage cost up to a maximum of £5.00.

What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?

Who pays the postage on returned Items? 

 

- For non-faulty items you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
- If an item is faulty we will refund the actual postage cost up to a maximum of £5.00.

Please note that returns are not able to be accepted in person at our head office address. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).Just complete our returns procedure before sending us back the goods, stating what the fault is.

Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used clothing to be washed prior to returning back to us. Failure to do this will result in us having to send them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.

All goods supplied by swiminstyle.co.uk are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty. If an item has failed prematurely please follow our returns procedure giving us details of the product and fault. Certain products need to be returned to our suppliers, for inspection and possible repair, before a credit can be issued.

Just complete our returns procedure before sending us back the goods, stating what the fault is.

Return it to us within 21 days - or the end of January in the case of unwanted Christmas presents. Just complete our returns procedure before sending us back the goods.
