Yes. And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account

- What is the status of my order?
We will send you an email advising the status of your order. You can check this at any time by sending an email to enquiries@otooles.co.uk or calling 01252 510654.

- I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

- How long will it be before I receive my order?
For standard delivery, you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

- Can I get my order in a hurry?
The following shipping options are available when you check out. Next day orders placed before 12pm on a working day will be despatched the same day. All other orders will be despatched the next working day. Sorry, next day delivery is not available for orders outside of the UK.

- What do you charge for shipping an order?
All orders shipped standard delivery to a destination within the United Kingdom are free of charge. For all other orders your delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.

- What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
: If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us, we will refund up to £5 carriage

Swim in Style does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item

Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalogue. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalogue.

- What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop at Swim in Style?

- How do I use a Paypal payment option on Swim in Style?
Existing PayPal users who would like to use PayPal payment method when placing an order can click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button when checking out. New PayPal users who would like to use PayPal as a payment method will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign up for an account and will be presented with the "Checkout with PayPal" option when they get back to the Swim in Style web site.
